Recipe
1 mango
600 g salmon fillet
1 red chili
Salt/pepper
4 spring onions
Tortillas
2 avocados
Lettuce
Mint
2 limes
Start by cutting the salmon into small cubes. Marinate with salt, pepper and a little olive oil.
Dice the mango, finely chop the spring onion and chili. Mix together.
Cut the avocado into larger pieces. Season with lime, mint, salt and pepper and top with olive oil.
Fry the salmon for 3-4 minutes. Serve with a good barbecue sauce.
