Have you heard of steambuns? This is Asian street food at its best!

Baked seiloin with hoisin sauce.  

- Salt the fish before baking, preferably 2 hours before.

- Top with hoisin sauce and bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 10 minutes.

Pickled vegetables

- 1 part vinegar, 2 parts sugar, 3 parts water. Boil the brine and place the vegetables for pickling in the jar.

- Cut the onion into thin slices, carrot is best cut on a mandolin.

Ready to use after 24 hours.

Structure

- Steambuns are prepared as described in the recipe or on the package.

- Build up from the bottom with chili mayonnaise, babyleafs, pickled vegetables (carrot strips and red onion).

-Topped with baked hoisin-sei.
