Ingredients
  • 400g Chili&Sesame marinated smoked salmon
Salad
  • 1 Onion
  • 1/4 cup Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 ts Ground sumac berries
  • 2 cups Fresh parsley leaves
  • 1 tbs Lemon juice
  • 1,5 tbs Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt, pepper and cumin Season to tast
  • Shawarma bread/wraps
Garlic sauce
  • 3 boats garlic
  • 4-5 cups Vegetable oil
  • 1 Lemon
  • Salt Season to taste

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, toss onion with mint leaves, sumac, salt, and black pepper. Allow to rest for 10 minutes, ’til the onions soften slightly and become one with the sumac.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the parsley, cumin, and lemon juice with a fork. Stir with the fork and slowly add the olive oil, stirring while you drizzle so the dressing emulsifies a bit. Pour the dressing over the onions and toss gently with a wooden spoon to combine.
  3. Mix Chili&Sesame smoked salmon in a wrap with the salad. Top with the garlic sauce. Roll togheter and enjoy!
