  • 400 g Salmonfilet without skin and bones
  • 1 tbs Chives
  • Salt and pepper after taste
  • 1 Tomato
  • 0,5 Red onion
  • 1 Gherkin
  • 2 tbs Chives
  • 4 tbs Sour Cream
  • 1 ts Mustard
  • 1 ts paprikapowder
  • 4 tbs Mayo
  • 4 Bread
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 0,5 Red onion
  • Salad
  1. Hack the salmon into pieces, brush with oil and season with a little salt and pepper. Bake into a burger.
  2. Grill the salmonburger on both sides; approximately 5 minutes total.
  1. Scald tomatoes by cutting a cross on top, lower in boiling water for a couple minutes and then in freezing water. Pull off the skin, remove the stones and finely chop the tomato.
  2. Mince the onion, pickles and chives.
  3. Mix the dressing ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  1. Heaten the bread over the grill.
  2. Wash the salad. Cut tomato and red onion into slices.
  3. Put some dressing on the burger bread and layer lettuce, tomato and red onion.
  4. Top with the grilled salmon burger and bread.
Recipe Notes

Serve the salmonburgers with some fresh herbs on top.
