Ingredients
  • 750 g Saithe loins
  • 250 g Royal shrimps
  • 2,5 ss Green olives
  • 2,5 ss Parsley
  • 2,5 ts Oregano
  • 1000 g Canned chopped tomatoes
  • 2,5 ss Oliven oil
  • 2,5 ts Capers
  • 7,5 dl Cheese
  • 30 stk Lasagne sheets

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Cut the saithe into thin slices.
  3. Roughly chop the olives and finely chop the parsley and oregano.
  4. Saute canned tomatoes in olive oil for 2-3 minutes, then add olives, parsley, oregano and capers.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, and stir in half the cheese.
  6. Add lasagne sheets, pollock, shrimp and sauce in layers, and finish with sauce on top.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake the lasagna until it is cooked through, about 25 minutes.
