Ingredients
  • 400 g Hot smoked salmon
Dressing
  • 4 tbs Cream cheese with herbs
  • 1 tbs Single cream
  • 4 Bread
  • Salad
  • Tomato
  • Cucumber

Instructions
  1. Grill the hot smoked salmon for just a minute.
Dressing
  1. Blend the cream cheese and single cream to a smooth dressing.
  1. Toast the bread in a dry frying pan with some butter or in a toaster.
  2. Slice tomato and cucumber into pieces
  3. Cut every toast in half and layer with lettuce, tomato and cucumber slices.
  4. Add a spoonful of dressing on each of burgers and cover with the other half slice of toast.
