Ingredients
  • 700 g Lightly smoked salmon
  • 500 g Amadine potatoes
  • 250 g Asparagus
  • 250 g Red cherry tomato
  • 150 g Spring onion
  • 30 g Leaf parsley
Dressing
  • 2-3 ss Dijon mustard
  • 1 dl Oliven oil

Instructions
  1. Cut the amadine potatoes into pieces and boil until tender.
  2. Cut the asparagus in three and steam them. Cut cherry tomatoes in half
  3. Roughl cut scallions and parsley, mix it with potatoes and dressing.
  4. Grill or bake the salmon. The fish should only be heated through.
